The Service is a password manager designed to help users securely store and manage passwords, secure notes, credit card information, and other sensitive data.
The Service uses encryption and a zero-knowledge architecture designed to help protect user data. Because of this architecture, the contents of your encrypted vault remain inaccessible to anyone but you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your master password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date.
Your master password is used to protect access to your encrypted vault.
Because of the zero-knowledge architecture:
You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your master password and any recovery methods you choose to use.
All vault data is encrypted before being stored or synchronized.
While reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards protect the Service, no system can guarantee absolute security.
You retain ownership of all data stored within your vault.
By using the Service, you grant only the limited rights necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, there is no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
There is no liability for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, use, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
